i had to pay the mailman

so i got a package today from a trade and the mail person asked me to pay them $$.

i was shocked at first and since they were new they didnt know why either, it just said.

why would they make me pay them since i already gave the person who lives in Cali more then enough to ship it out.($20 standard USPS)

Aren't you supposed to pay customs fees at the customs office? I don't think you're supposed to pay the mailman.

Do you live in Canada? You will be fined unless the shipper marks it as a gift and under $20.


this man speaks the truth. i was shipping an expensive printer to Canada and the person told me to mark it as a gift worth 19.99, so he wouldn't have to pay more fees.

i think that was why...he sent it to me stating the item costed like 70$ and marked it as other...
