It's an awesome Jeans, but thats not how 19cm's should fit.
I mean I sag my 19cm's too, but yours are just a bit to wide for your legs.

I would've sized down to a 29 but every 29 waist in 19cm is sold out at every Dior store in America and they don't plan on getting a restock, the 21cm that I tried on were perfect in the waist but I really didn't like the fit on those as much as these...plus I'm gaining weight in the next few months or at least trying to so I'll be able to fill them in. I honestly don't see how mine look ill-fitting though.
