NY has sooooooooooo many good artists. I'd go to Dare Devil Tattoo, specifically for Seth Wood.

I just put down a deposit for a consultation with him next week while hes in jersey. Idk what im more gased about. Going to L.A. for the first time or coming back home with some Jun Cha on me. (yes homo)

edit: Shout outs to JCS for putting me on a minute ago. His work is fucking sick. And to the poster above me posting all that old school shit. Idk if the trend started here in philly but EVERY philadelphia fixie mustache hipster is covered head to toe in that shit. If you want to see some good artists try Olde City Tattoo.

^ All depends on the artist and where you go. Some hood shop would only charge you like $100, but it shouldn't be any more than 2 hours of work. BTW don't go to a hood shop
