Yeah u can say that now.. I got my first tattoo when i was 17, when i hit 21 and started turning my leg into a sleeve, i hated the one i got when i was 17.. Wouldnt say i regret getting because i was 17 but was stupid for getting it! Now im in the process of removing it so i can go over it and make my leg look like its supposed too! So i wouldnt go off saying u never will cause u might hate it in a few years! Just saying
