I won the Digger's Society Pickaxe Pendant for I think it was January's Digger Society with 3sixteen, Farah from Digital Gravel told me I'd recieve it in the next digger's society box but that came like a month ago and I didn't get the pendant..

I e-mailed her a few times since then but now she's not writing back... What should I do?sad

Actually, all you really had to do is contact Andrew. He always goes above and beyond when dealing with any problems. As far as I'm concerned, best cust. service of any brand out. Glad it worked out for you.
