If youre smart with it and dont skip sizes etc your ears will go back to normal. But i know for a fact if you go past 00 your ears will be floppy forever

most people say 00 is the point of no return but then my friend was at an inch and then when he was

sleeping one fell out and his ear got infected and shrunk about half way then later the hole fully

closed..but this what at the time when he just stretched his ears to inch so it was like a fresh wound

i guess..it healed up to the size of a regular ear and now he has a 00 on one side and inch on the

other haha..so i think if you like get your ear fucked up it might go back to normal like his did but im

not sure

ive been up to an 1 1/8" and im back down to 3/4" and have been for probably two years. I've taken mine all the way down to a half inch but have never really tried to close them all the way. my ears have been stretched for almost 10 years and the best way to get them to go back down is to stretch them up to get them pissed off and irritated and then let them close up gradually around smaller sizes and u can go down. there will probably be a hole still and they won't look "normal" but u can go back down if u stretched right without skipping and go back down slowly instead of just letting them go from huge to nothing.

when i had my ears gauged at 17, i simply went to claire's, bought fake silver/gold earrings at 16g for under $10 and stretched from there.

$30 per ear, you might as well tell them to punch out the lobes for and save the trouble of gauging.

Im pretty sure it was more money since i wanted a bigger size and it was done with needles and not a piercing gun in a pink store in the mall. The price didn't bother me..
