^ wrong, they don't 'punch' out a hole in your ear. they use a special needle to slice your ear and stretch it simultaneously.
yea well im on a 4g right now gonn go down to a 2 now but im looking for some plugs and some of them say there UV acrylic wat does that mean?
UV/acrylic refers to the plastic plugs. i just usually avoid those altogether. stick with natural or metals.
I'm interested in gauges and my friend told me I can get pierced right into a gauge.

yes, fact. i started out with an 8g piercing. didn't hurt that bad. friend of mine started with a 2g piercing. wouldn't recommend anything beyond that as an initial piercing..
