It's Houston terminology to be exact! Throwed can mean either 1) fucking awesome 2) drunk/fucked up

For example we were at a jack in the box in houston at 2 AM and some dude was so drunk he was in the drive thru line and somehow managed to drive into the jack in the box (literally into the building with his car). and this bum walks up to the driver and says "Damn n!gga, you throwed!!!"


C'mon, you know I know that; hence, the song 'Get Throwed,' meaning get fucked up.
