Only 45 min walk per day would be great fitness workout. try it. I am doing it since last month and it helps me a lot

have you seen his leg day vids? if you go watch one you can tell his doesnt skip leg days..there are a ton of ppl who look small from the knee down but have tremendous quads and hams and you fucking know this if you lift
and you already know calves are partly genetics and theres only so much you can do

depends what muscles your doing. typically for quads/glutes you can do squats/legpress/lunges, for hamstrings you can do leg curls/stiff legged deadlifts, and alot of times hip adductor/abductor excercises help people with knee problems. those are harder to explain, recommend googling it but alot of gyms have machines that work them. knee problems usually due to muscle imbalances in your kinetic chain. also lower back/core/leg stretches help

the main problem is I play 5-a-side soccer twice a week (training and match) on a hard turf, it's devastating for knees and ankles, this leads to major pain when I'm working out my legs at the gym sad but I won't leave back legs because....you know, I refuse to end up with chicken legs lol

^your running stride could be off. alot of people heel strike and if you have low arches it fucks up your feet. try running barefoot on the fields with a forefoot strike to correct your stride/gait. you can correct alot of problems with barefoot running if you take baby steps, why i actually lift in vibrams (despite the hate). but that/stretching/hip aductors/abductors can help alot. my knees are shit b/c my feet so have alot of experience with knee problems

you have to experiment and actually count your calories with counters (like myfitness pal) and stay consistent. try eating 2700 for 3 weeks and go from there
