Official Fitness Thread

so a lot of members have been showing interest in fitness lately and figured it would help if we made one thread where people can discuss fitness, their goals, ask for help, etc. There is the Official Fitness, Nutrition, and Supplement Discussion thread in the sports section but lets get real, thats dead and nobody uses it. this way, everyone in off-topic can discuss lifting/running/health/weightloss/whatever and we won't have a million smaller threads about the same thing

I will definitely be visiting this thread everyday. A lot of people have been giving me good advice on the "Fatboy" thread I made, and I look forward to reading your guy's exercise routines and all.

In rehab I was running / working out or in an alcoholics anonymous meeting for 90 days straight, but since being out I did p90 for the first 6 months, and for the past 2 months nothing but ab ripper 200 (10 variations of 20 crunches).
Takes like 10min, keeps me having a flat stomach / chest.

I'm also vegetarian, that shit helps a bunch.

I play hoops for 3 hours a day, almost everyday.

Morning: 1 Egg and 1 wheat bread OR Special K cereals w/ soymilk
Lunch (afterworkout): 1 chicken tenderloin and a bowl of baby spinach
Dinner: Bowl of spinach and yogurt(activia). I add fish like twice a week.

Time frame: 2 months and going. 
Started 160lbs, now 135lbs-140lbs depending on water consumption.

I like it. it makes my lifts noticibly better (where id stall out at 4 sets i can usually do a couple more) i just hate drinking so much water

I'm trying to run a mile or two, when I can get a chance. If not I just lift some dumbbells and do pushups, curl-ups, etc.
