You don't seem to know what muscle memory even is fam, because it's definetly not something you want to avoid...you dont just accidentally end up brolic from lifting. you have to lift hard, constantly change up your routine to avoid muscle memory, do like 5-6 days a week, etc. you also have to consume an insane amount of calories and protein. you can casually lift like 3 times a week and that will give you a moderate base and increased metabolism. you don't just end up big, it takes years of conditioning and calculating

Damn wtf this shit is getting me OD pissed off. Yesterday I ran: walked .75mi for warm up, .25mi run (low stamina for now) treadmill, 2mi bike, and 2mi elliptical.You should be proud of this. Your not going to reach your goal over night. At this rate you'll probably get down to your target weight in about 1-1.5 years maybe. Dieting/cutting sucks but you got to remember and visualize your end result.
Today I did half walk half run mile on treadmill, 3mi bike, 2mi elliptical (first day I finished it in 15:15 mins today I got it 14:55 mins.
But I'm still at 260lbs. ......
