quit eating fast foods entirely, you'll lose weight whether you want to or not really.
Eat 5 times a day, every 2-3 hours a part, with 2 of those times being under 200 calorie snacks.
Just keep eating a deficit - check your weight every 2 weeks. (add the next 2 week goal weight and add a 0 to it, that's how many calories you should consume.)
Oh, and drink water constantly. Finish a glass? Keep it filled. You'll pee roughly 10-15x a day.

Don't binge eat either, and uhhh, message us for encouragement mann.
I went into jail weighing 120 with clothes on, no muscle,
I was 180 leaving rehab 4 months later because of eating everything in sight,
1 year since jail, sitting now at 140lb.
I'm 5'10 for comparison.

Vitamin B5.
Apple cider vinegar.

Not sure if they work in tandem for weight-loss, as I believe B5 helps metabolise fats and ACV traps it and prevents it from being taken in. Definitely look into both though, because they've both been linked with weight-loss.

I just got Oxyelite Pro and I'm going to cop a new gym membership. 
Other one was too pricey so I've just been doing free weights at home.

Stopped taking it because my sides started hurting and I was afraid of kidney failure lmao.
Helped me lose 27 lbs though.

oxyelite pro did me wonders. helped me lose about 15lbs on half the bottle but stopped taking it after.
the new formula sucks tho imo.
overall i lost 70 lbs in 10 months but dieting was a bitch.

Basic cutting macros include a 40, 40, 20 diet which is 40% carbs/protein and 20% fat. multiply you bodyweight by a number from 12-15 12 being not active 15 being really active everyday, then diving by 40 40 20 then divide that number by 4 for protein and carbs because it's 4 calories per gram and divide the fats by 9 cuz it's 9 calories per gram. Also never forget cardio, lift, cardio, diet comes first still. good luck
