you dont just accidentally end up brolic from lifting. you have to lift hard, constantly change up your routine to avoid muscle memory, do like 5-6 days a week, etc. you also have to consume an insane amount of calories and protein. you can casually lift like 3 times a week and that will give you a moderate base and increased metabolism. you don't just end up big, it takes years of conditioning and calculating
You don't seem to know what muscle memory even is fam, because it's definetly not something you want to avoid...
misused the word. meant if you constantly do the same routine and cease to get results

OEP is wonderful. Just stay hydrated.
Stopped taking it because my sides started hurting and I was afraid of kidney failure lmao.
Helped me lose 27 lbs though.

oxyelite pro did me wonders. helped me lose about 15lbs on half the bottle but stopped taking it after.
the new formula sucks tho imo.
overall i lost 70 lbs in 10 months but dieting was a bitch.

Basic cutting macros include a 40, 40, 20 diet which is 40% carbs/protein and 20% fat. multiply you bodyweight by a number from 12-15 12 being not active 15 being really active everyday, then diving by 40 40 20 then divide that number by 4 for protein and carbs because it's 4 calories per gram and divide the fats by 9 cuz it's 9 calories per gram. Also never forget cardio, lift, cardio, diet comes first still. good luck

Damn wtf this shit is getting me OD pissed off. Yesterday I ran: walked .75mi for warm up, .25mi run (low stamina for now) treadmill, 2mi bike, and 2mi elliptical.

Today I did half walk half run mile on treadmill, 3mi bike, 2mi elliptical (first day I finished it in 15:15 mins today I got it 14:55 mins.

But I'm still at 260lbs. ......

How often do you run? You need to change your diet. I'm sure you haven't or else you would have lost more than that. Lift too. Not so much to lose weight, but when you see your body getting more muscular it'll motivate you. Your diet is the main reason your not seeing faster results tho.

Edit: Dont give up either. Just because your not seeing the results as fast as you'd like doesnt mean you should say fuck it. All progress is good progress no matter the pace.

You should be proud of this. Your not going to reach your goal over night. At this rate you'll probably get down to your target weight in about 1-1.5 years maybe. Dieting/cutting sucks but you got to remember and visualize your end result.
This is one of my favorite motivational videos. Even if you don't like zyzz the words are inspiring, maybe it will help.
