im on my goal too of fitting into some Bape shirts. yo if you find it difficult to go to a straight out diet don't worry about it. As long as you hit the gym everyday or close to everyday that's what matters the most!...Good luck to you

This might be the case for beginners because your body isn't used to it yet but if your only strategy to lose weight is exercise then sooner or later your results are going to plateau.. In addition to exercise, a low fat diet is going to supplement your weight loss and carry you much further than just exercise would on its own.

I think I may try the paleo diet.
Not sure yet.
And yes I'll be running/swimming but not lifting because I don't want to bulk up.

lol @ niggas who think lifting gonna make em easily gain muscle. Be a man ur gonna lose all this fat and have no muscle showing up when u shred? Increasing muscle mass also increases metabolism. Lift.

I used to lift when I played football. But that was 2 years ago in high school.
I'm not about that brolic lifestyle anymore; I just want to be skinny and maybe a little tone.

I'm just saying incorporating some sort of strength training with your cardio you will benefit more and end up achieving your goals faster. Lifting weights > burning calories + increase metabolism -> cardio -> burning calories...

Dont swim. that makes it harder to lose weight. your body will hold on to the fat to retain buoyancy

you dont just accidentally end up brolic from lifting. you have to lift hard, constantly change up your routine to avoid muscle memory, do like 5-6 days a week, etc. you also have to consume an insane amount of calories and protein. you can casually lift like 3 times a week and that will give you a moderate base and increased metabolism. you don't just end up big, it takes years of conditioning and calculating

be careful what you pretend to be

Don't lift but do sets of pull ups and push ups so your muscles aren't being strained harder then your own weight, because muscle burns fat and even when you aren't working out and eating junk food it helps you keep it off. Moderate upper body/abs and plenty of running on a daily basis will do the trick. I was at 175 and got down to 140 in a couple months this way, just keep at it everyday.

P.S. Drink lots of water!

quit eating fast foods entirely, you'll lose weight whether you want to or not really.
Eat 5 times a day, every 2-3 hours a part, with 2 of those times being under 200 calorie snacks.
Just keep eating a deficit - check your weight every 2 weeks. (add the next 2 week goal weight and add a 0 to it, that's how many calories you should consume.)
Oh, and drink water constantly. Finish a glass? Keep it filled. You'll pee roughly 10-15x a day.

Don't binge eat either, and uhhh, message us for encouragement mann.
I went into jail weighing 120 with clothes on, no muscle,
I was 180 leaving rehab 4 months later because of eating everything in sight,
1 year since jail, sitting now at 140lb.
I'm 5'10 for comparison.

Vitamin B5.
Apple cider vinegar.

Not sure if they work in tandem for weight-loss, as I believe B5 helps metabolise fats and ACV traps it and prevents it from being taken in. Definitely look into both though, because they've both been linked with weight-loss.

Good luck.
