45mins of lifting and 30mins of cardio would be a good place to start for your goals
lifting= anaerobic activity, which builds muscle to help keep fat off once its lost
cardio=aerobic activity, it will burn calories faster. the first 10mins of cardio will be the worst, but once the endorphins start to kick in it will get easier. also after the first 10mins, you'll have roughly 20mins where body is burning fat at a good pace
if you can keep this up for 5 days a week, you'll see results pretty quickly

It's not about how far you run though, it's how hard. You gotta pay attention to your heart rate because this is your main indicator as to whether or not you're gonna be on track. For effective fat loss you wanna be working within 60-70% of your maximum heart rate (maxHR can be calculated by subtracting your age from 220 so assuming you're 20 years old, your maxHR would be 200). You also want to be making sure you're doing at least 30min of continuous cardio a day at this intensity.

Also remember that working out is only half the battle dieting is VERY important if you actually plan on losing any real weight.  Seriously if you aren't going to diet correctly you might aswell not even start.  Any good luck man!!

It's sort of a fictional goal. I can't just be like "I'm going to lose weight to be healthy!" or "I'm going to lose weight to look good!".

I'm basically using this Supreme object as my visual goal

do something sport based like swimming bball muay thai etc classes closer to morning for cardio then weights hours after or you can alternate between the too depending on time
