You gotta pay attention to your heart rate because this is your main indicator as to whether or not you're gonna be on track. For effective fat loss you wanna be working within 60-70% of your maximum heart rate (maxHR can be calculated by subtracting your age from 220 so assuming you're 20 years old, your maxHR would be 200). You also want to be making sure you're doing at least 30min of continuous cardio a day at this intensity.
It's sort of a fictional goal. I can't just be like "I'm going to lose weight to be healthy!" or "I'm going to lose weight to look good!".lol the lengths kids would go to to wear supreme. at least you'll be healthier.
