Pretty much, if you really trying to get that job than make sure you stand out in way that will make you more adequate for the job.

Damn it feels good to be a Hansum.

At the end they ask why they should pick you over everyone else there
so make sure you figure out their weaknesses quick

i had an interview at zumiez once, it was a group interview. it was me along with 30+ people not including myself. there was so many of us that we were basically divided into groups. they asked us what to expect in retail try how to drive sales etc. before we were broken up in groups they asked us questions like any interview but nonetheless you can shine if you really know what to say. when it came to being in groups it was pretty shitty to be honest because you can know what your doing but cant implement your actions unless its agreed with the others for example when we were being interviewed. my group the guy gave us a scenario "im bout to hit up the club dress code is inforced etc." here i am trying to put colors that will coordinate shoes outfit and meet the requirements of said club while trying to look nice but my other counter parts were mis matching bullshit so when it came to getting evaluated it was as the whole team which my chances of getting hired didnt look to well.

all and all you should give it your best and you have a chance to come up with something better than the previous response. good luck

I used to work there and the interview isn't long or bad at all. I think the most important thing is to make sure you look good and wear what you would to work (abercrombie shirt and jeans). The other guy in my interview was some mid 20s indian dude in a tie and slacks I almost lol'd just looking at him. I got the job and he didn't even though my answers weren't as good. Most likely it will be a small group and all the questions are online if you google it. You should be fine.
