I sold some guy a box logo hoodie on eBay for 300 and like right after he sent payment eBay messaged me to say he had his account hacked and I shouldn't message him or ship to him, then they deleted his account. Paypal won't approve the funds unless I ship something, so what should I do? I can just ship him an empty box and keep a free box logo and there are no consequences, but I know how much it sucks to be scammed.

A moral dilemma is when you have to choose between two morally impermissible options...not whether you should do the right thing and not scam him or whether you should scam him because you can.

Send him his shit man. Think about it. If you dropped that much cash on something and had eBay fuck around with you, how would you react? This kid probably just spent all his Christmas money on the hoodie, imagine the look he'd get when it actually showed up on his door step.
