NEED HELP! eBay account is suspended permanently. What should i do??!!

My eBay account was suspended 10 days ago. All 100% positive feedback. And I faxed my identity proof and bank account activity as they asked, but they never respond. 4 days ago, I made a phone call to eBay, and they tell me that my account will be suspended permanently. wtf! this is my first time to be suspended. He told me that I was trying to do out side transaction, that is the reason why i was suspended. After that, I used my another account to list items and it was suspended after couple hours. After that i used my girlfriend's account to list an item two days later, and her account was limited then, it cannot used to sell things. For right now, i really have nothing to do. Please give me some help! Is there any possibility that i can get my account back? If I want to register another account what should i do? Is there any one had been through this and have some experience can share with me? Any suggestion will be much appreciated!!! Thanks!

get a gift card
make a new paypal account with gift card
get a new email
register both with ebay and use a different address

don't use the same computer as your banned account w/o clearing cookies, history etc
dont open ebay emails (the cookies)
dont use the ebay app or phone verify

my account was suspended once i got a warning. . then it got suspended a second time permanently. after a month or two i e-mailed them back and got my account re-opened and since then account is at 100% and running smoothly.

here is what i want to do, i will use my friend's info to register another ebay account and paypal account, and use my girlfriend's bank account to link this new paypal account, because it will be easy for me to collect money. do you think is that ok? i am worry about that maybe my girlfriend's bank account is not that safe, although she never use it to register a paypal but she did use her credit card to buy things on ebay and you already know that her account was not allowed to purchase anymore because of me. i think maybe it will cause ebay to find this new account again? what do you think?
