It's challenging because at birth, we're exposed to life = suffering. That is the reason babies cry. Through meditation you delve into your subconscious mind, which holds your beliefs and desires, your fear of death. In order to reach enlightenment you find out, by yourself, that we are all one and not individuals. Ego is all within the subconscious mind, know that is no such thing as ego. Know that there is nothing to reach. If you go seeking for enlightenment through meditation you will not find it. Beneath the ego lies your true self, and through meditation you can cleanse your subconscious mind, and actually FEEL your brain shifting into a new enlightened state.

You should travel to Buddhist temples and teach the monks your way, you know since your so enlightened. They spend their wholes lives trying to reach enlightenment, but I guess they don't realize how easy it is. The true path to enlightenment is reading quotes off tumblr, YouTube, meditating a couple of times, and saying n*gga a lot. Like there is no past or future, just the present, you know?
