It feels good when you stop. Even if you don't stop for long once you do. It makes it easier to cut down your desire for porn. So even if you can't stop all the way you can view it moderately. I have become bored of porn since I have stopped. Even if I look at a quick scene it does not grab my attention as much as it use to. I long for body to body contact not just staring at a screen and fappin like a zombie.
