Not sure how hard you have to hut the gym out there on planet earth .
But i remember hearing Goku mention something about a "workout shuttle" . You get on and switch up the levels , it's like one huge cardio workout .

^exactly, insanity is only a fat burnerbody burnermy bro does it on and off and he lost alot of lbs but doesnt have a 6 pack he claims he "doesn't wanna be ripped just healthy bmi"so in reality this burned a ton of fat + muscle

when you cut, make sure you aren't in TOO big of a deficit of calories for you will lose muscle in the process, also remember to eat a lot of protein, 1g per LBM is fine

about 4-5 years now. mostly in my legs cause of biking and but about two-three agos ago i started doing upper body.
when you cut, make sure you aren't in TOO big of a deficit of calories for you will lose muscle in the process, also remember to eat a lot of protein, 1g per LBM is fine
