My white friend's family only eats fast food or they go out to eat

Unhealthy like hell but I always wondered what kind of food a typical white family would eat.

Like, Asians would eat rice with side dishes such as soup, etc.

That was what it was like growing up, obviously me and my siblings are older now, and not around as much, so it isn't like that anymore. But yea.

Use to be the shit.

Also, might have had pasta more than 2 times a week at some points. Cause apparently that shit is pretty cheap.

have the odd catfish for special occasions too

but on the real just shit like steak , salmon , pasta , chicken , homemade burgers
and of course lots of other nationality foods

meatloaf, tacos, fish (salmon, tilapia) , steak, pork (chops, tenderloin), lasagna, pasta, chicken (baked or fried), hamburgers (homemade), hamburger helper, ham on occasion, stir-fry, pot roasts, baked potato soup, etc. are my usual meals at home.
