People might call it a gore movie, but in that aspect of it, it really isn't bad. Parts of the movie involving gore and blood are really poorly done, but the parts that are uncomfortable to watch are shot really well and played out very well.

As far as the baby scene you watch the woman give birth, and the rest of the scene is shot on the main character (Milos) face as he watches it. It's just the audio of the baby screaming, the mother crying, the background music, etc all of it makes it very uncomfortable to watch.
