Initiative 502 is not what is seems like. This law passing will make smoking weed a bigger problem in Washington. Cops will have the ability to test you for a DUID by testing your blood. So if you smoked weed a few days back and are randomly pulled over by a cop and he tests your blood you will be charged for a DUID.

you understand the logic in what you are saying, right? if the law passes, cops can get you for driving high. If the law doesn't pass, cops can get you for carrying weed, smoking weed, driving high, selling weed, etc. etc. Which is worse?
This - im confused. its not like driving high is allowed currently and that right goes away, whats the difference in that realm? someone explain. I don't live in washington or give a fuck about that place anyway tho.
