Mis-Shipped Package

My package was expected to be delivered today and I saw this morning that it arrived in my city. So I come back from school and check out the tracking again and now it says "mis-shipped" and it left my city and now its out for delivery in another state. Has this ever happened to anybody? If so, did you ever get it back?

You mean missent? I got missent package on usps I got it 2 days later then expected. Some peeps have to wait up to a week doe.

usps is also handling this package. do you remember if your tracking said it arrived in your city and then left to somewhere else?

Yeah mine arrived in my city then sent it to santa ana then I got it the same day somehow.

I ordered something off ebay and it got misshipped. Package was sent back to sender and I never got my package. Seller just refunded the money after a week. This was through UPS tho.

What if i put my name on a package and im not registered to receive mail at the address yet.
My tracking says undeliverable.

Can i go down to the post office to pick it up?
