baked salmon. i marinated it for about 3 hours in soy sauce, korean sauce, and garlic (LAWD)
baked it flow and slow coolcoolcool
layed it over white rice with furikake on furikake

i call this one the Hansum Salmon (shoutout da hansum boys)
sauce is made of mayo, almighty sriracha sauce, soy sauce & sesame oil
with roasted bits of garlic in the middle of the salmon & sauce
and again, furikake for days on rice

everything was eye balled. but
~sauce
what i did was put 2 tablespoons of mayo in a bowl, iʻd say a teaspoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of sesame oil, 3/4 teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce, and for the sriracha i just eye balled it and kept on adding more until it was the right shade of pink. you can add more sriracha if you want it spicy or more sweet chilli if you want it a little sweeter.

i just made diamond slits on both sides of the filet then seasoned both sides with garlic salt. i minced a clove of garlic and threw it in the frying pan for about a min on high and just kept stirring then i layed it on top of the salmon.
just lay your white rice and put soy/teri sauce on it and put furikake all over like i did
NOW YOU CAN BE BASED GOD TOO
edit: i also forgot, bake the salmon on 250 degrees fahrenheit for 20 18-20 minutes - this is for a small filet same like the size in my pic
