What's the weather like? If it's too hot, you'll look crazy in a jacket.

I'd say:
Chinos/trousers (fitted/tapered/modern)
Button down
Tie
Light weight cardigan or v-neck
Shoulder bag (leather or canvas, no tech shit) Also, carry it into the office, don't wear it. It's useful to take home documents or bring in documents.
Oxfords, brogues, DBs, moc toes, whatever you can make look dress-casual.
Thin socks (PRL are clutch)

If it's cooler out, or you didn't do the cardigan/sweater, a Harrington jacket is a good call, you'd be taking it off inside anyways. Colours are up to what you have, if you're no good with colours, ask a girl.

You can if they're in good shape. Personally my plimsolls are ALL fucked up looking as they're my casuals. You could easily do oxford, chinos, and Authentics.

Lol but yea I was just thinking since it's a big fashion company that maybe i just shouldn't dress like every other interview. But dress shirt, chinos, and dress shoes sound pretty good. Slacks look weird on me. Oh and I haven't worn a cardigan since like 09. Hate those things.

Slacks look good on anyone as long as they're tailored properly and it's the right color and shit. Trust me nigga. Listen, it's not an absolute necessity, looking good is just part of getting a job. It makes an awesome impression having nice clothes but ultimately it's up to you to seal the deal. Just keep it simple and professional, wear a tie as well.
