I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this thread but here goes.

TV Calibration. Is it worth it to get your new tv calibrated? I just purchased a Samsung 46" 1080p 120Hz 3D LED HDTV yesterday from Future Shop. This is the TV I purchased.

http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/samsung-samsung-46-1080p-120hz-3d-led-hdtv-un46es6500-un46es6500fxzc/10198419.aspx?path=035c1676061212114aef6882a920c7b2en02

The cost of the TV was $1,249.99. I had a credit of $472.47 which brought the TV down to $777.52.

But then one of their employees sold me on this Iss video calibration and Harmony remote thing
which cost an extra $299.99. Anyone own a Logitech Harmony remote and have any experience with it?

I am able to refund it if I choose to not go through with it or so he says.

If you're stupid enough to believe that then you probably also bought $200 Monster HDMI cables.

I didn't buy $200 HDMI cables. They tried to sell me on warranty but I said NO!
I'm in here to ask for advice on something I clearly don't know too much about. You don't have to be a jackass about it.
