I always ask myself the same question, but to be honest, I've gotten a lot better over the years since my style refined.
You just gotta look at what you have and notice how often you wear that certain article of clothing. When I did that, I noticed I had jackets that I dropped like $500 on that I would only wear them like once every 3 months and shirts with tags still on em. After that, I just stopped and try to wear what I have more. I would say for most people interested in fashion, we always have more things than we can ever wear.

This may be true, but you also don't have to spend a lot of money on high fashioned items either. A women shouldn't really care what brand you're wearing
