I really wish bidets were commonplace in North America, it's disgusting to just use dry paper.

As suggested, fibre and baby wipes.

I fuck with at least one Bolthouse smoothie a day to keep that fibre up, and I got those baby wipes on deck at home. At work, I got a sink close by, dampen up the toilet paper a likkabit and you safe.
