I take creatine for pre, and whey protein with glutamine for post, and zma when i go to bed, I tried animal rage which is a pre work out supplement and I usually do 8 reps at XXX and with it I did 12 with ease.

Hes right about compound work outs though, same about separating muscle groups for different days

and if u can do 12 reps ur not lifting heavy enough, u can lift in the 8-12 rep range and make gains though. the key is make sure your 12th rep is a failed rep. if u can do more then 12 ur doing it terribly wrong, and considering ur probably natural, u should be lifting as heavy as u can ie 4-6 rep range


Uhm that's not true, you're bulking up, and I'm cutting so it's different, I don't fuck with hormones because that's really bad, I am 100% natural and doing endurance reps like 135 30 times and what not helps your muscles condition so you can go up in higher weights safely

You don't wanna do the same routine for months, and especially not if that routine is you doing reps of 4-6 in everything.
U wanna structure your workout in phases, and in general one of the most effective ways of putting on pure mass is oldschool volume accumulation doing 10x10 dropsets for a couple of months, before progressing to a month or so of mainly doing pre-exhaust supersets.

Well compound excercises are great but if you wanna add mass you do at LEAST 3x8 not 4-6 reps per set. And you are confusing as fuck because now you talk about strength and before you talked about mass. If you want pure strength doing 5x5 sets work better than many reps, but if you want mass you want more reps than 4-6....

u eat under 2200 calories w/ high protein and LIFT HEAVY

for the natural, for the hormone user , u add the tren u add the test , and u eat 3.5k calories and watch ur body dry down to 8% bodyfat by the end of first cycle
