calories are calories, but doesn't it matter about the fat content also? Eating 2k calories worth of skinless chicken breast is really the same as 2k calories worth of junk with a lot of trans fats? Just wondering.

as long as you are getting your protein and enough calories you are fine.if you want to be a pro bodybuilder eating junk food is IMPERATIVE to your success because simply put its impossible to get the ammount of calories you need (while on insane ammounts of hormone) from clean food.

supplements are a scam , they do not help u.

if you MUST have supplements the only one i recommend is protein power (WPI). but at the end of the day it will not help u any diffrent to a piece of chicken so i say no supplements.

Los of lean meats (fish , chicken , beef)

then anything else you want, ice cream , choclate , ramen noodles, peanut butter, milk lots of milk
drink a gallon of milk a day, whatever else you can fit into your daily calorie intake AFTER you have ate enough protein

anything with high calorie content

Btw, if you're bulking then yeah, eat whatever as long as you meet you calorie and protein goals. If you're cutting, you gotta watch the carbs.

Carbs are good for retaining muscle mass while on a cut.

I agree that diet should be cleaned up alot when cutting, for no reason other then too save yourself from being extremely hungry all the time.

what lifting program to follow for bulking?
do not follow gimmick routines, you do compound lifts and lift heavy , aim for heavier weight every single week

mon: chest
tue: back
wed: shoulder
thur: arm
fri: leg

keep you workouts simple with a huge emphasis on heavy compounds w/ some accesory work at the end to finish yourself off
