my every day smoking includes a shit ton of different smokes. I switch around alot but from what I've smoked, marlboro smooths are good as fuck... they taste like peppermints and they're way better than skylines. I like the camel turkish royals, because they literally taste like vanilla and the aftertaste of them is sweet. When I wanna spend a little more, I usually smoke nat sherman classics.... cos they are the best cigarettes in the world in taste, aesthetics, and they last like 10 minutes a cig. Djarum cloves aren't bad either.

You are right, in this day and age you should be informed... You are in pretty much no danger if you quit while still young. Doesen't matter if you smoke a pack a day since you were 15 if you stop at 25-30 there won't be even a stain on your health condition. You can even ask your doctor if this is true.

Most of the damage is healed up around that age, but there will always be less capacity and you will be more susceptible to infection
