but the cop didnt have to do that, even if the guy left they would have mailed ticket to registered owner of car like they do if u tear up the ticket. that cop is a salty fuck, most cops who patrol soho are... i understand tho how would u feel if everyone u see is shopping n spending what the cop makes in a month in a few hours
