Sooo title is self explanatory. Im in down bad bruhs.
My previous roomate leased our apartment while i was on vacation for half the rent to some guy and his kids. Now he fled (wont pickup when the property management calls) and he wont pickup when i call

Now im stuck without a crib and have to keep paying my portion of the rent for the next 3 months. This lil shady mothafucka boxed my stuff out of my room and put everything in a box in the garage. Dude is now pretty much scott free right because apparently he is no longer financially responsible (management cant go after him).
We go to the same college and i know where his parents live.
I was gonna woop the kid's ass but im tryna apply to grad school in a year yafeel, not tryna catch a case.
I called his parents but his mom is a bitch and pretty mich told me to fuck off (his dad is mentally uhhh "ill")

Basically im tryna hurt this kid on the worst way possible without catching case.
Give me some suggestions HB, he cant do this kind of thing and just walk away carefree
