So today at school I was banging out papers for 3 hours because school is ending. So as I pack up my shit I drop my phone. I pick it up and see something shiny like how you see in movies and shit. Turns out the shit was a 64 GB Touch. I turn it over shit is engraved with name and a number. I start going through it to find a bunch of shit. I found out this kid is a rich 27 year old Jew who has a Cape house and a Mansion, is supported by family, and killed someone in a car accident 10 years ago. To make it worse this kid is retarded as fcuk. He has his life on the shit. He has pictures of his houses and parents on it. Dude uses notes as a diary. He needs music to sleep. Mofo even has his credit card info on this bitch. My morals (though I am not a believer in karma is keeping me from holding on to it) I am pretty much 50/50 with people on return or keep/sell. So I offer this question to you HB keep or sell? And why?

I'm all for morals and handling shit like an adult, but damn knowing what you know I can't lie I probably wouldn't give it back. At the end of the day you should do right for yourself, fuck what we think and fuck what society suggests is the right thing to do. It's your life and you live by your own moral code, maybe in your moral code there is no need for guilt in not returning the item to somebody you are sure is so well off, all I can say is I wouldn't look down on you if thats the case... You should definetly consider the sensitivity of the personal information on the touch first and foremost, sounds like there is a lot and that shit is more valuable than the touch itself esp considering the guys wealth, but losing personal information in these cases really sucks regardless of who you are, and he does have a name and phone number in the hopes that somebody in your situation will give it back

Well this is common knowledge he actually got out of it as he was a minor and parents prob paid a lawyer. I actually just googled name and town he is from then that came up.

I would say give it back in this instance. I've lost shit like that and it sucks. Normally, I'd say just keep it but ONLY because finding the owner is usually impossible. This time though, you have the guy's contact info, so I'd just say give it back.
