Anyone own a dog in the nyc area? I know this is kinda random, but Just wondering how much it would cost (money-wise) to take care of the dog. haha Also know any good places to get a cute puuppy?

maltese? i believe they don't shed so you will have to spend extra on grooming, and like someone said if it's a puppy then it will need all it's vaccinations etc toys. usually it's only the initial investment that's going to dent your wallet but just remember this, a healthy dog will cost less in the long run so routine check ups etc etc

honestly get a real dog like a lab or a golden retriever or something. If you're thinking Maltese you might as well get a cat, same size but less maintenance and a lot less annoying.

if you live in the city...please don't get a dog...all of the side streets smell like piss and shit!

people pick up after the dogs, but then you get a bunch of sidewalks with brown shit smears on them....its terrible!
