I try to get out of where I usually hang if I want to do work. You make mental links between attitudes and rooms. Best advice I can give is to go to a coffee shop to do work or a library or anywhere that isn't your bedroom or in a place where you relax. It kinda sucks having to go out to get work done but it's what most consistently works for me.

Make a long ass playlist in iTunes and let it play, that way you dont have to search for songs one at a time after they finish. Do your homework while listening to music avoiding the internet at all costs.

There is no tips to give. Focus is important. If your focusing to much of your time on nothing your setting yourself back and wasting time. Life is about sacrifices man. You can't have it all. You can't live for TV, video games, hanging out with friends and partying. Those things are fun, but if you really want to be successful you have to learn how to say no.
