I blame the parents for giving birth to those parasites. I'm sick of weak ass wannabe adults having kids its fucking pathetic. It's a fucking fashion to have kids with no respect to what you can offer them. It's selfish these kids obviously have no values and should have never been born in the first place.

Word. Some people lack basic values, morals and respect..

All kinds of people are free to have offspring ,and as many
as they want, in the western world..

Just like you need a permit to drive a car, you should have to go through a program to see if you're capable of having a child (time, emotional needs, financial security etc).

There are millions of great people who grew up in harsh conditions, and a bunch of great parents who struggle..
But society should develop some form of regulation.
