Dude Hypebeast made supreme what it is today i can honestly say.


I've wondered about that.

Since I never saw it around Houston, I knew nothing about supreme til I joined hb; in contrast I knew about all the Japanese brands from being an old school japanophile. 'preme was one of the moreso mentioned brands - few years later I ordered the book when it debuted and that really threw everything into perspective. Been a supporter since.

LOL. I had been lurking since early 06'.

anybody that started posting in the last 2 years has no idea how gay this forum has become since like 07-08. Like, Hypebeast literally used to be cool. I know that sounds crazy but there really was a time when it was like the coolest dudes from every city posted on HB, as opposed to the dudes trying hardest to be cool from every city

Nah the Dior came in to play after APC. Niggas use to wear APC like people wear oxford, DBs or chino pants now. Back then APC was HB's go to denim lol then niggas upgraded to more expensive Dior 19cm

Not sure of lupe actually posted on the boards,but he did have his own blog section on the HB blogs.
He used to post pics of what he had recently copped and shit.It was cool.
I know Thurz from UNI used to post on here as well,and i think action bronson if im not mistaken.
Whalegh still lurks this thread too ,Im sure of it lol.
