Definintion of the word "Nigged"

Hey, I'm having an arguement with my cousin over how the word got started.He is claiming that his friend and him started it 9 Years ago at a Boys & Girls Club in Providence, RI at the age of about 9-11 years old. What does "nigged" actually mean to you guys and and did you hear it from anyone ho has aby trace to RI. I'm trying to prove him wrong, he truly believes he started it and it spread worldwide.

I use the word "nigged" the same way as "jewed", or if someone looks like some ghetto ass hood nigga then they are "nigged out", this can also be applied to carollas with 20 inch rims and a ten inch sub in the back...
