ive heard people do this before, but really i'm just looking for advice to go to sleep like around 11-12 and be able to wake up w/out being a cranky ass nigga. yeah im on the comp way more than i should be at night looking up dumb shit on here and youtube blahzay blah but what are some other things i can do to just fall asleep? (other than offing myself)

buy some melatonin from your local drugstore for about 5 bucks, take two an hour before u want to reset you schedule and enjoy.
Side effects may include sweet lucid dreams.

it takes a few days i think but go to sleep whenever you usually do but the next night sleep 30 mins earlier and keep adding 30 more mins each night until you reach the time you do want to fall asleep (like 11 or whatever)..

make sure that all tv's are off. phones, lights, and even clocks or things that make sounds can keep you from sleeping. i sleep in pitch black.. makes me fall asleep faster.

and you should be able to have a full nights rest. maybe changing your bed too lol. i bought a 2 inch memory foam and it isnt much but it feels waaay better on my mattress.

uhh eating something that'll make you sleepy helps. i think cherrys and avocados would be good for this.

I heard about this melatonin. Let us know how that melatonin works out. Very interested...

If all else fails though, try chloroform. Works every time. I knock a bitch out with it and take her home after I ask her if this napkin smells like chloroform.

. That's exactly what I do.... If I want to get up earlier I'll just wake up the time I want to wake up even if I get 5 hours of sleep or less. And I would sleep earlier to get up earlier that's the only way a reset can work. Don't buy pills and stuff.
