aight so i been wondering about this for a long time, and having recently seen the last harry potter movie, i think i have the conclusion.
this is gonna be strange at first, stick with me and i think youll agree i have the answer.
so while i was watching the deathly hallows pt 2 the other night and i started noticing alot of similarities between the plot in the movie and the plot in naruto. everything was matching up perfectly, right down to the character traits/backstories/sexual preference etc. dont believe me? fine then, allow me to prove it. for example that nigga snape appears to be a bad guy the whole time (well atleast to the untrained eye, i am a expert media analyst so i was able to foresee the outcome long before normal people would). but yeah, that nigga snape is an almost exact parallel to itachi; appears to be a bad guy at first but in the end is revealed to be the a good guy that sacrificed himself to protect hogwarts same thing itachi did for the leaf village. Harry is of course naruto, and orphaned boy with very famous parents that is shunned at times by society, cuz they either snake talkers or demons. hagrid is like kakashi, mentor and teacher, both have some tricks up they sleeves. i mean i can go on forever, if you start to think about it then im sure you will start to point out similarities between the plots as well, i mean they both even have a main trio that serve as the protagonist. 2 boys one girl? the kages can pretty much be matched up to the professors of hogwarts.
so ultimately we get to tobi, who of course as the main antagonist, parallels voldemort. now voldermorts true identity was hidden for a while im pretty sure, i havent seen all the movies nor read the books, but thats what i gather from watching the last 3 hp movies. so voldemort is tom riddle, so that must mean tobi is also tom riddles parallels, but since i havent seen all the movies, or atleast the one that they go into depth about tom riddle im not sure who it is, but i know you geek niggas been seen all the movies, im actually disappointed you nerds didnt notice this yet. it happens alot in popular media, recurring patterns in plots, a la' Avatar the movie and Poccahontas. i can pretty much predict what avatar 2's plot is gonna be just by watching poccahontas 2.

FYI if you still dont believe me, JK Rowling and the nipp that writes naruto went to grad school together. also it can be said that the the cultural roles of these publications are interchangeable within the japanese and western culture. in japan Naruto = popular, HP = Niche. in the West HP = popular, Naruto = Niche.
