In manga it ain't "truth" until it's showed in details. We can just speculate or theorized by connecting pieces. But I see your point. When I said "deep" what I meant is that itachi wasnt just a cold hearted anbu (how people thought of him in most part of the story) with no feelings as he had a hard time emotionally killing his own people. Even spoke to his parents about Sasuke before dying. Dude was given lil choice. We all know if Sasuke is upset/emo he goes bananas. Kabuto ain't shit after what itachi did to him. If anything the nigga is prolly outta focus right now after getting schooled by a dead guy. A dead guy he brought back and the same guy that trolled his idol Oro. He'd be reckless cuz of that and it'll be the death of him.

Edit: another reason why kabuto going to get it is Sasuke might awaken some next MS power up after all this emotional distress.

I think Tobi is Setsuna Uchiha. He lived early enough to know Madara and Hashirama, has the same spiky looking hair, we know very little about him, and he wanted supremacy for the Uchiha and rebelled against the Konoha Military Force as a political trap. Also his name can mean instant/moment or oppress, aka the two things most unique about Tobi. His space/time abilities to move in an instant and his desire to oppress the world.

^ some theory but you cant base his jutsu for who he is because he has a collection of Sharingan. His jutsu/eyes can be from anybody from the uchiha clan.

At this point, Tobi can be any 'major' Uchiha -- Setsuna, Kagami, Izuna, etc. Two names we can automatically disregard, though, is Obito (I don't know why people are stupid enough to even theorize this) and Shisui (He has no reason to be this Tobi guy).

Back onto this week's read, that's some sad shit b. Like Rizal said, we've known about Itachi's true intentions awhile back, but it's basically all confirmed now that it's been said by Itachi himself. I don't know bout yall, but those two elderly bitches who council with the Hokage and Danzou piss the shit outta me. Their decisions are so rash and inconsiderate. No wonder why Konoha has problems. Anyways, Itachi be dat nigga f'real. Sasuke has to have some sorta changed mindset after that confirmation.

I don't know about 'any major' Uchiha, because Tobi has shown himself to be involved in several important events of the past and claims to know many things about the past, so in my opinion he should be a contemporary of at least the Second Hokage. Also we know he isn't Madara but there is not really a reason why he can't be Obito.

He won't be obito simply because that is just too damn obvious, dude has one eye in his mask like obito had 1 eye in the end, and his name made me think of obito the very first time we heard it. I just don't think he would make it that obvious, prolly wanted people to think it was him tho.

Setsuna was in one of the chapters and episodes but was just a random Uchiha plotting. I never noticed him until today checking this thread. But odly enough, Kishimoto included him in one of the Official Databooks with a name and age. Plus he kinda sticks out in his appearance.

He probably concealed it maybe nobody knew him that well. They always seem to pull up random characters and secret Jutus from the past and talk about how powerful they were but earlier in the series you never knew they existed(example: some of the people revived by Kabuto's Edo Tensei)

also, Take note that Kishimoto likes to name the characters after their abilities or appearance like how the name Naruto Uzumaki is related to wind, spirals, whirlpools and stuff.
