Does anyone else think that the Libya's posting of videos and picture makes them all look like ruthless animals? Killing someone after they already surrendered and pleaded "don't kill me"? Posing next to the dead body? Placing his body in a meat locker and lining outside to go in to take pictures? They done effed up now.

After Usama Bin Laden and his whole death scandal IMO it seems perfectly resonable for them to do this. Animals? He has done much worse.
Do you think the students who opposed him were pleading for their lives when they were hung from the lamp posts?

Yeah he's done much worse. Does that mean we sink to his level? He's dead. Better to keep him alive and torture him with nipple twisties.
Most of Libya is Muslim. Even though Gaddafi was an asshole, they shouldn't have treated the body, alive or dead, so poorly.

You guys need to stop drinking the Kool-Aid... "He's done much worse.." blah blah.. You only know what the media outlets tell you. What I do know is that Gadhafi doesn't hold a candle next to Kim Jung il, but everyone is mad at Gadhaffi. The media works wonders . They obviously have ulterior motives with this situation. I hope all the rebels celebrating in Libya continue to dance when they find out they've lost something valuable out of this whole mess.

He can't... Judging by the fact that the only person he can think of that challenges the status quo is Lupe, I wouldn't care for his opinion anyway. The human mind is easy to manipulate. When you can't even bare to consider a different idea than what is presented on TV there's a big problem.

To be honest your coming across a right cunt mate.
Thats one thing i've noticed about these political-type threads, is that people feel obligated to start an arguement with another user and also to swing there dicks around boasting how much they know and how little others do.

He came off as the cunt. I just stated my opinion, and I held no biases. I just said we should try to look deeper into things, and we should stop totally accepting things as their presented to us, because there is a possibility that we could be presented half-truths or down right nonsense. You would have to be a model idiot to be against that.

What does Kim Jong Il have to do with anything. I think the media presents him as a pretty bad man. Shit there was just a thing on that spike show where they have two types of civilizations fight and they were going in on him & the "brain washed" individuals.

Lol, the entire international community has continually bashed North Korea bruh. The only reason why that regime hasn't been taken down is cause China supports communist North Korea.. while the relationship between the two nations are beginning to wane, no country would risk provoking a war with NK because there would be Chinese intervention.

Exactly ! I agree but don't you see some kind of hypocrisy in U.S. intervention ? If your going to be freedom fighters be freedom fighters don't only fight for peace when there is something in it for you. It's BS how Qaddafi is painted as this ultimate villian that deserved to be executed in cold blood, when you have other leaders in Africa (mugabe) with absolutely no sense doing much more harm. The "international community" is full of shit that's all I'm saying. NK has damn near concentration camps, but their too pussy to handle business over there. All I'm saying is that we shouldn't take any of this at face value. Face value is he deserved it and he's done no good only harm to his people. You'd have to be a media puppet to believe no one in Libya is saddened by this.

lol ive wondered the same thing. i mean its only important because we gave it importance.

What a lot of people don't know us that Gold is one of the most if not the most (I'm not sure) conductive natural metals known to man. It can used as a very powerful energy source. If you take a look at some NASA missions, you will see on some shuttles a Gold sheet for keeping out the intense conditions of outer space and going through the intense friction of the earth's atmosphere.

It can also be cut down into string sized bands so thin but yet so strong it could hold the weight of an averaged sized man.

It is also speculated that there we major Gold mining projects conducted by extra-terrestrials here on earth which in my opinion, there is irrefutable evidence across the globe of these such events, starting with the ancient text of the Samaritans.

Gold isn't necessarily rare, well, if you compare it to the sizable amount of other metals we have then yes. But Gold is so treasured because of all it's capablilities. It's the most valuable natural assets on this planet, it never tarnishes.

Changing the Past.

As for what they were saying about money being backed by Gold. Is it still backed by Gold? And can we get our Gold?

the libya intervention wasn't about peace or justice though. it's the same as with almost every other military conflict the US has been involved in for the past 20 years. our (US) interest in regional stability and economic resources.

that said, it's easier to build a story about removing this guy because he was so bad to his people and he was a tyrant. just like we did with saddam.

I get what your saying…. But bad to his people ? I’ve been trying to find the horrors he committed that warranted his execution.

Gaddafi wanted to kill all the rebels in libya
note, these rebels were not peaceful protestors, they wanted him dead
this was the reason why libya was being invaded by western countries
these rebels were called freedom fighters/heroes trying to topple their evil dictator

A libyan rebel commander even admitted that his fighter had al Qaeda links
and these rebels were funded and called freedom fighters by the western countries? come on...
google "libyan rebels al qaeda"

Yea he did say they were link to al qaeda, and he did say that they were trying to stop the rebels from killing innocent people, which they have !...

I'm willing to make a bet Libya will go from being number one in Africa as far as human development and resources etc... to damn near where Zimbabwe is the absolute bottom. That alone will speak for it self.
