Shea butter (depends on where you live) but amazon.com seems to have the best value. If you live in a fairly urban area with cultural shops, any african or "black" store might have it. Maybe even black hair stores. Thats where I get mine. MAKE SURE IT IS YELLOW TO BROWN IN COLOUR AND HAS A SLIGHT NUT SCENT. If it is clear and has no scent (Bath and Body works has this crap), it has been refined and lost most of it's healing properties. Its great for scars, stretch marks, dry skin, psoriasis, any skin issue really.

Well I started on that regimen when I was 20. Used the cleanser, BP, moisturizer, and every other day the AHA. Cleared up my acne fairly well. Now I'm 24, and I only use the cleanser and the AHA.
I really really like the AHA product. The acid helps break down the bond between skin cells, so the dead skin can be shed easier. It also has the moisturizer in it, so it helps with any dryness. I'm not a huge fan of Benzoyl Peroxide, so I stopped using it as soon as I thought my skin was clear enough. Age, Diet, and Genetics play a bigger role in my opinion. It's decently cheap compared to other products I had tried. A huge thing of cleanser and one thing of AHA will last months.
Malin+Goetz is awesome stuff, but super expensive.
