Very true. I think the whole reason he is rejecting your advice is because you make it sound simple. Fact is, most businesses fail. But to say you need a college education to become successful is untrue.

Education actually inhibits creativity which promotes entrepreneurship. This generation is fucked because their are limited available "wanted" jobs. Stop waiting for a job opening and create one yourself.

not everyone can pick up the skills needed to run a successful business though. sure, it's possible for non-college grads to start a bussiness, but it doesn't work for everyone. especially foreigners who don't know the ways of the american consumer.
