Thats when I realized that my "routine" started from smoking on the way to work. Then turned into on the way to school, after lunch break, before class, after class, on the way home from work. Shit adds up and I got sick and tired of it.
You're mostly addicted to nicotine so I would say buy nicotine gum or an inhaler to ease the cravings. Stay on that for a while and eventually you wont need cigs.
