Honestly, I would be mad too if there was a homeless motherfucker living next to my fancy home. Think about it, this dude has no running water or electricity--where is he taking a leak and shit? probably in the backyard somewhere. Basically he's living like a bum for 3 years, but just inside.

Real estate is a lot cheaper in other states. Houses cost so much in California because we have more people and everyone wants to live here because of the climate and the entertainment industry. You can buy a house in North Dakota for like 75k.

I take back what I said about him. This dude is obviously an educated man. Just take a look at his handwriting on the affidavit--he writes like a professor. He also has some sort of painting area setup in the family room that leads me to think that he's a perfectly safe character.

But check out by the news logo--it is fucken 95 degrees at only 10 AM. That's why it is so cheap to live in Texas.
