They had no evidence, no dna, no witness who said she ever abused her kid, no fingerprints, they wanted her dead because she got drunk at a bar. If you're going to have the death sentence you need to be able to PROVE someone did it. You cant give people the electric chair for going to a bar or getting a tatoo.

You guys let the media and the prosecution play on your hearts too much.

& LOL at folks comparing this shit to the OJ case.. I mean lets be real did you watch the case?

they did not have "no evidence." they found the kids hair in the car, and it showed signs of death (meaning the kid would have had to have been dead in the car) they found signs of decomposition in the car. they found the same bags that were used to wrap the body in the woman's house. there was tape on the girls face, which was also found in the home. around the time of the girl's disappearance, the woman wrote a diary entry that said she didn't regret what she had done and was happy now and that only time would tell if her future would work out.


none of this is hard enough evidence to get you convicted in court (unless you're mumia) but the bitch obviously killed her kid

The Jury was correct in the case. The state did not prove without a reasonable doubt that Casey killed her daughter. Jose Biaz did a masterful opening statement as well as a masterful closing argument. I do however believe that Casey did have something to do with the death of her daughter.

This is bullshit and most of you know it. Our justice system doesn't work for shit, and no one is afraid of the punishments. There are people on death row being exonerated after spending decades in prison, when they were convicted with little evidence in the first place, and you guy's think this system works ?
