egyptians had slaves do all the work, and it wasnt built in a few years, it took them roughly 20-50 years each. if you had a nation of slaves, building pyramids is nothing. and the pyramids were made of minerals that were easy to work with. granite, sandstone, limestone, mud, brick, and clay are already easy to manipulate with bare hands, so imagine with tools?
but when you google things like Sacsayhuaman, Ancient Mu, Lemuria, etc, it makes you wonder.
until one of those ships lands or we shoot one down, i doubt theyre alien ships, as much as i'd like to believe it
