to, two, too, 2...
turkey breast. olive oil, sliced garlic cloves, fresh basil, tarragon, and rosemary under the skin. cover in fresh ground corse pepper. cover and bake at 400 until it's full of swag. only cut with shun knives.

scallops, sauteed leeks/ fennel, topped w/prosciutto and orange zest, balsamic reduction sauce


chocolate souffle, beet caviar, isomalt garnish


lamb, veggies. didn't make this but it was delicious.
